Bank-grade onboarding, explained before you pay
We would rather you understand the checks than be surprised by them. Here is exactly what we ask for, who assesses it, and what happens to your data.
We are a consultancy, not a bank
1. Identity verification (KYC)
We collect your full legal name, date of birth and residential address, and ask for a government-issued photo ID. Document authenticity is assessed by a licensed identity verification provider — never by our website.
2. Source of funds & purpose
For financial and business engagements we ask about your occupation, the purpose of the engagement and the estimated transaction value. This is a declaration, proportionate to the service you are buying.
3. Human review
A trained reviewer looks at every case. They can approve, request additional information, or decline. You are notified of the outcome and can see the current stage at any time in your dashboard.
4. Ongoing record-keeping
Records are retained for the period required by AML legislation, stored encrypted at rest with access limited to authorised compliance staff, and every status change is timestamped in an audit trail.
Data protection
Your documents, handled properly
- Identity documents are stored in a private, access-controlled store — never in a public bucket and never exposed by a public link.
- Access is limited to you, your assigned reviewer and compliance administrators. Consultants assigned to your case can see status, not raw identity documents.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained only as long as required.
- You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data subject to our statutory record-keeping obligations.
Licensing & providers
Checks performed by licensed firms
Identity verification and document authenticity assessment are delegated to licensed third-party identity verification providers through a secure server-side integration. Integrox never simulates, self-certifies or hard-codes a verification outcome, and no approval decision is ever made in your browser.
Our Money Laundering Reporting Officer owns the programme and reviews escalations. If a case is declined, we will tell you what we can — some outcomes cannot be disclosed in detail where legislation prohibits it.
